ONE YEAR OLD!!

Our little man turned ONE today. We can hardly believe it. He's 30 1/2 inches tall and weighs 21.6 lbs. He loved playing in all the wrapping paper and tissue from his presents but he really liked his strawberry cupcake. Aside from a few pieces he shared with the dogs, he ate the whole thing!

Easter

We wento down to Kit and Art's and had a lovely

day, except for feeling the 7.1 earthquake down in Baja - FREAKY!!! That was not fun. Wish I had the pics of Art & Kit w/ Hunter but I realized that I took them w/ Kit's camera. Bummer!

Really looks like Hunter was lucky enough to get Brian's skin tone. He looks tan!

Hunter loved Annabelle. He kept going over to her dog bed and would talk and talk and talk to her.

King of the Playground

Here's The Hunter, as Elie calls him, climbing the stairs and going down the big slide at the park all by himself. I have taught hime how to go down on his belly so we can avoid him launching himself head first down the slide.

Walking w/ Push Toy

Hunter has been practicing walking w/ his push toy. We love it when he goes fast enough to make the little alligators clack.

11 Months Old

The Boy turned 11 months old on Monday! He is getting so big! Here are a few photos of him over the last week or so.

I'm a Real Boy

Hunter and I were at the Park again today, (we're actually there everyday,) and I took all these pics. He really is starting to look like a little boy instead of a baby. I think this "cool dude" outfit helps.

Park, Park, Park

We all went to the Park this afternoon. Hunter had a blast. He is getting more and more adventurous every day and is trying to climb up everything.

He discovered he could crawl down into the sand pit without falling on his face . . .

. . . then he discovered he could crawl out. He kept going back and forth, back and forth. Then came home and crashed for his nap - hooray!

New Toys - Hooray!

The Vitellos went to Target this morning to get Hunter some new toy trucks. Here he is playing w/ his toys and his Daddy. It's also very hard to telling who is having more fun, Brian or Hunter?

Hunter just got this awesome baseball toy from Baby Plays. He's practicing (with his right hand for now) for the big leagues!

Saturday Fun @ the Park

We had a great Saturday. We took Hunter to the park for a while and he played and played. Then Brian and I had a babysitter for the evening and went on our first date night in over a month. It was a great way to spend our weekend.

Magnet Time

Here's the Boy playing with his farm animal magnets from Mimi. He loves all the magnets on the refrigerator. For some reason, his favorite one is a magnet that says, "Detroit." He looks for it everytime he's in the kitchen. We're convinced, with all the drumming and the Detroit magnet, that he is going to be a rock star!
